Honestly, what can I say? They do what they can with the resources that they have. I got what I asked for and they took care of what I asked for I have no regrets.

I made a bad review several days ago. I had sent my iphone to the company for an agreed price plus $5 bonus in March. I had not received payment as of late April. I also had received little to no communication as to status. I contacted them by email many times with excuses about short staff, etc. but finally I reached someone who seemed to be helping. However, she quickly became hard to reach as well. I was starting to feel scammed again, but she finally came through. I did receive my payment and was promised an additional bonus for my trouble. We will see if that occurs or not, but I did get paid after a while. They did offer more money than most other places out there for the phone, So I would recommend that if you deal with this company, be patient and expect it to take a little time to resolve. At least, in my case, I no longer feel that it is a scam, but a company that has appatently poor communication priorities.

As a non-tech savvy individual I find this very friendly user and self-explanatory.
