This was my 1st time doing business with this company and while at 1st it was kind of difficult to get in contact with customer support to help me with my order , in the end it worked out fine. I did receive a fair price for the phone i sold to them. But I really appreciated the way Amber took the time to help me get my payment through and finalize my order , very professional and very nice also. It took about 1 month to complete my order , for some maybe it will take a longer time or maybe shorter , due to their system i was told , but overall i do look forward to doing business with this company again. Recommend.

They were awesome especially Ray. They went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied even though I didn’t make it very easy! They replied to all of my messages promptly and walked me through the entire process patiently. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely do business with Golden Standard Buybacks again and will recommend them to all of my friends and family!
