Great service over years & quick response to emergency
We have worked with Golden Rule for quite a few years and appreciate that they add a layer of "just take care of things" around getting flights and helping if there is trouble during travel. Recently, due to a storm we had a flight canceled, and Southwest's solution was getting us home a day later when we already had plans for that day. Even thought after hours, Golden Rule was on the phone and getting a solution to this predicament in minutes. (while we stood at the Southwest agent counter) They quickly provided a good paid option to get us home same day. In the end Southwest counter agent also had a better option become available as we talked, but I was still highly impressed by Golden Rule's response.
