Golden Rule TravelReviews of goldenruletravel.com

While I love Justin and Golden Rule, they always provide timely service and excellent care, the greatest benefit is when something unexpected happens. They take care of travel glitches or get ahead of the crowds any time of day. I used to book everything myself but no more, I wouldn't travel without them.

answer all requirements for our trip!

We worked with Patrick ~ he was very patient and knowledgeable with booking flights for our medical missions trip to Peru. We appreciate his thorough communication, how he helped us save money as a non profit organization and his kindness throughout the process!

Response time was quick, and our agent was clear, helpful and went the extra mile to make sure the itinerary fit our needs.

One of the flights on my return was canceled and they were able to rebook me quickly once I called their emergency after hour phone line. Not only did they rebook me, but the new route got me home even quicker.

Our travel agent Hans notified us of a flight cancellation which was causing confusion... he got to the bottom of it and rebooked our flights to the original timeframe! He was caring and professional!
