This people are lying. Im portuguese, in 2021 and i still have the screenshots of the payment. They didn t send my necklace that i had buyed,450$. And two more neckleces. 70 each One. They are fake and you cant find any store of them. They stole not my 590 dollars. They stole hundrends of dollars of very much dumb people like me. Dont buy nothin from them.

Definitely scammers. I'm currently battling with them to refund me on a fraudulent sale. Ordered a 4mm sterling silver rope chain and what they sent me was 2.5/3mm rope. They lied about the size. Good thing I purchased through klarna. I think I have a good chance to get my money back. Here's where the scam part came in. When I email them the first day I received the item they told me I could ship the chain back and they would refund me. Funny I shipped it back the same day it got to them within 2 days and they forwarded it right back to me. Basically they're trying to get so many days to pass by so they can try to deny my refund but little do they know between corner and my bank they're not getting another dime only paid one installment and it's been frozen since I reported them to Klarna. I don't advise anyone to spend money with this company The quality of their items aren't that good anyway and they lie about the quality of their diamonds. That is not lab stones those are pure CZs. Scam scam scam

It's been one year since I placed my orders. Haven't received anything. ORDER #11390 & ORDER #10318 If you send them now I can remove the review.

Man I ordered two pieces in April of this year it's June still nothing big scammer

I ordered over $1,250 in merchandise 4 months ago when they were switching owners so i expected a little delay, but its been since the end of january since i ordered, it took them two months to even respond and then took them another two weeks to send tracking, WHICH THEY NEVER EVEN SENT THE PACKAGE TO THE FACILITY. now ive been stuck emailing them every couple of days just to sit and wait for them to never respond to me. then i go to the website and get no further answers either. its just literally like what, im out all that money because they decided to rip me off with no repercussions? like its just sad, golden pyramid if you read this and want to make it right please email me @dyhellboy99gmail.com

Bunch of scammers. Don’t do business with them they bad business. There plated gold will turn ya wrist or neck green. Chains never look like how they do in the picture. False advertising.

I ordered two front tooth sterling silver caps a week ago and haven't received them yet! I would either like my caps or my money refunded.

SCAMMERS!! First I bought a 4mm 10k gold chain that was pictured on the site, It took over 2 months and 15 msgs just to get them to ship the chain. Then they ended up sending me a tiny feather weight chain that was NOTHING like the chain they had advertised and promised. I returned it for refund and 2 months later still NO REFUND SENT even though they received the chain and confirmed everything. Even told me they sent the refund but my bank and even the credit card company says they have nothing issued or pending! These ppl are scam artists !! Don't trust them. I'd give 0 stars if I could.
