You can order certain things from them and receive them but not receive other items. I ordered from them twice and they sent my second item which cost less than my first order but never sent my first order. When I repeatedly tried to get in contact with them as they said contact them through their customer service email, they don’t reply but are very active on their Instagram account and and constantly have “sales and deals” going. SMH you can have sales and deals going but not give your customers their orders or email them back about why their order hasn’t been shipped. ? Don’t make no damn sense. It’s the scam vibes for me. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM. ‼️

Please don’t use this company, straight up scam, they turned off the comments on Instagram cause they be scamming people, they won’t reply to you. Best to take it to the police and report their shop.

Ppl need to go to they Instagram site an report they page as fraud /scam they turn they comments off so no one can warn people that its a rip off report the page

I sent an email about my chain and still haven’t gotten a reply, I waited over two weeks for the chain to arrive and when it finally arrived the stones look like they about to fall out and the gold color is fading...this is not what I paid for...this is by far the worse experience I have ever had with a store and the customer service is horrible

I ordered from them Oct 8 and still haven't gotten my items . I sent an email and was told processing takes up to 21 days . It's been well over 40 days and have not gotten anything in mail or any responses . Their Instagram account has limited comments and you will get blocked if you make a negative comment or let others know that they're scamming .

Ordered my bf a chain and cross i ended up getting a broken chain and the WRONG cross when I asked why they sent me that cross and not the one I ordered they said its cause we didn't have what u ordered TF tell me that so I could decide what I want dnt send me what ever u want. and I emailed them they told me to send it back n they will take care of me well its been 2 fkn months they don't even respond to me anymore and they haven't given me a refund its been months now and I've emailed every other day THIS IS SCAM!!! BTW this is the 2nd time I ordered from them and they sent me the wrong item the first time I emailed them but didn't want to go threw all this B.S but this time not only was it wrong it was also broken you guys suck honestly I gived u a chance twice both experiences sucked NEVER AGAIN .
