I never received the check. More fed ex's fault.

Although I requested a certain amount and it wasn’t granted I at least was approved for partial payment which I am very grateful for, thank you very much.

I had to wait to long for a response and when I did get a response back it wasn’t what I had asked for , it was much less . I wanted it to be my first and last loan till settlement but now I need another to finish decorating my new home.

Overall, the company provides good service; however, it's challenging to reach them by phone, often requiring multiple attempts before getting through to a representative.

I am a person who has basically requested little money for the magnitude of my accident and the time since the accident happened. and I have actually had to reject the money that the lawyer has offered me several times. But when I have requested it has been because I really needed it due to an emergency. How on this occasion I am applying, but apparently now there are problems applying for a loan.
