Having trouble obtaining another loan for holidays although I have a $100,000 offer on table for settlement

A legal funding company named golden pear funding, provided a agreement to allow me funds of 1,000 until my case was finished and I would have to pay them back in interest. I was optioned on how I wanted to receive payment I selected direct deposit providing my account and routing number: The person handling my funds states somehow they could not reach me and not getting my approval or knowing if it was okay they made a executive decision to send me funds by email- In which the check was compromised by another party and I was made aware that it was also cashed when I found the e-mail sent by the person handling my funds with the check attach that I wasn’t able to cash because it had already been completed Golden pear has not helped me and told me to take it to small claims court and has refused to follow the instructions that the banks told me that could rectify the issue which is because they are the primary account holders that have the account with Wells Fargo- means that Golden Pear Funding is the only Person/business that can file a claim in my favor to fix the issue in which I’ve explained to Golden Pear Funding more then I will allow myself to keep informing them of again because it’s a ridiculed feeling at this point and I feel like they have been very disparaging to me at this point. I need help I can’t and will not see any results in being taken serious until someone with a voice that brings attention to financial injustices and demands respect to the laws for anyone that has been violated by fraud because it’s the only way - help me please

Was told one thing prior to applying for loan then once applied was given total different amount way less than expected! Very rude nonchalant and dishonest for the love of money.. won’t recommend to anyone!

This professional relationship began ok but over time they never returned my phone calls and also never included there interest rates in my contract which i later discovered were the highest of all legal funding companies. They hid the details of my loan and took me 3 weeks of digging to find out the truth. Don't use this company if you can help it!

Interest is way high

My lawyer wasn’t very smart!! Neither was I for choosing him! My aunt is a personal injury attorney we just weren’t on good terms me being petty cost me thousands

Have been dealing with them for almost two years, and when I’ve asked for funding they give me 500.00 or they say our underwriters want to hold off for now, etc, even with a six digit offer that was refused. I refuse to beg for money anymore from these people. I would not recommend them if you are in need or want help because in my opinion they could care less
