They told my law firm that they sent and E check and i did not receive anything . It’s been a week now .

I still didn’t even receive services! What type of place let you get a loan just to wait days! What’s really the point of the loan

who is writing these reviews nobody answers the phone or return voicemail this has been going on for months and i have a emergency i can’t get these people on the phone so i went thru another funding company and there way better than how golden pear has become this new funding place is better simeon answering the phone every time can’t even golden pear on the phone email nothing at all this past year like how can you even pay off a loan get a loan when nobody answering the phone online request nothing this company has been stressing me out i been calling for weeks even months before and still no responses 🙏🥵

It’s so hard to get in touch with someone. My access code didn’t work and no one was available to help. Although it was after hours. We will have to see tomorrow. Write me and ask me then…… After Tomorrow…….agent called bright and early the next morning, the office was closed and the agent sent me information that I couldn’t get into apparently to say it was sent in a timely manner. She called to inquire about this review, Laura got the contract together everyone signed it and it was wrong it said i received a total of $5000 in advances and including this one it would only be $4000. She re did the contract we all signed and got the confirmation around 11am. I asked when should I expect the deposit? She replied the same day(yesterday). I waited until The Next day, to give my bank time to receive and deposit. Still NO deposit…Now I am not getting a response to any emails, numbers or anything and the bank says there is no sign of a wire deposit. The last time I got an advance though golden pear (same person) Laura Lopez, I chose the wire transfer option bank information there and all and she sent an e-check. It had to be done over which took 3 additional days because it was a weekend. Looks like the same has happened. I thought it would get better but it only got worse.

Help when help is really needed. I had no money for Christmas, so I wasn't able to get gifts for my grandkids. I asked for a loan and was denied. I was denied a loan when I needed help getting a car to get back and forth to work. I was denied a loan when I needed help getting to my Aunt's funeral. Goldenpear has helped me in the past, but I feel that when it's a dire emergency they don't.

Your just never for me on a big case and I have done alot of business with you and I can never get anyone on the hone.

40 bucks just to get direct deposited? Absolutely ridiculous.
