This is honest and truthful experience while going through emotional pain. I have all the evidences related to my experience. My payment INVOICE # FP-2138,Sep 11, 2025,Merchant: ACEX Technologies.All-in-One Publishing Package 1 $1,050.00 $1,050.00 $1,050.00 $0.00 $1,050.00 $1,050.00 Do not be fooled by their artificial 5-star rating. This rating is completely deceptive because they pool reviews from multiple branches to hide the truth. If you look strictly at the specific location I was registered with, the reviews are terrible, and for good reason. This company is knowingly exploiting a vulnerable individual. I am currently recovering from major brain surgery, living with permanent disability, severe cognitive impairment, and memory loss. They approved a full refund of $1,050 USD to me in writing, but the moment the refund was official, they completely cut off communication, ignored my emails, and kept my money.Worse, their staff engaged in highly dangerous, predatory behavior. They explicitly asked me to provide my personal Amazon user ID and password. This is an extreme violation of basic digital safety and privacy, clearly targeting me they knew was dealing with a massive medical crisis. The main individuals who orchestrated this and are now completely ignoring my stolen funds are:Smith Mark (mark smith )Alice Peters (alice peters ) who is director of marketing dept Elisa Coleman (elisacoleman512 ) is direct coordinator to the client.Mark Wilson (mark wilson ) he is the number one fraud who scammed money by signing the contract with me and later disappeared, until I did payment he did a sweet talk : He SAID in his email: On Tue, Sep 9, 2025, 3:28 p.m. Mark Wilson mark wilson wrote: Sure here you go All-in-One Publishing Package - CAD $1500 Executive & Senior Editor Proofreading & Editing Formatting (eBook, Paperback & Hardcover) Book Covers (Front, Back & Spine) Access to the online portal Dedicated Project Manager 24/7 Author Support ISBN & Barcode 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Author Central Account Creation Print-on-Demand Setup Book Publishing on Amazon KDP, Barnes and Noble 1-Year Social Media Marketing 1-Year SEO Marketing Press Release Blogs & Articles posting ....................................I questioned him before payment like this:Also, because of my financial situation, I want to be completely transparent: I was not able to get help from friends or family. The only option I have is the small increase from my credit card company, which gave me exactly CAD $1,500. If you attempt to charge even a small amount above this, the transaction will fail. The card interest is 19.99%, so it is critical that there are no hidden charges, recurring fees, or surprise add-ons. To avoid confusion, I kindly request that the contract you send today includes these points: 1. Scope of services: editing, cover design (front/back/spine), formatting (eBook, paperback, hardcover), publishing setup (Amazon KDP, Barnes & Noble, Author Central, POD), and 1-year of marketing (social media, SEO, press releases, blog/articles). 2. Ownership of rights and files: I retain 100% rights and receive all final/source files. 3. Payment terms: one-time CAD $1,500 charge, no recurring billing, no hidden fees. 4. Refund/Guarantee: include the “refund if no sales within 3 months” clause we discussed, and please clarify if the ROI guarantee Chris mentioned (150% in 3 months or money back) can be applied. 5. Cancellation: clear terms if I choose to stop after the first year. 6. Jurisdiction: specify which country’s laws govern the agreement. Additionally, since this package is to make my book(s) available worldwide, I would like the contract to note that funds will be generated in USD currency. At present, I only have a CAD account, but once sales begin, I will open a USD bank account to directly receive my global book income. Please include this in the agreement for clarity. Because I read slowly and carefully, I ask you to send the full agreement and payment link today. I will review it today, and if everything matches what we discussed (including the points above)I will sign and pay tomorrow. Thank you for your cooperation and clarity, He said YES and I will make 3 times more than the money I invest. I have 62 email correspondence directly with Mark Wilson. In the end they made me to invest . There team has no experience to work on a book that is completely done and his staff messed up my flow and edited by removing key points and wasted six months of time.I issued a detail document with my hours contributed and compensation then my efforts to fix books. NO JUSTICE PURLEY RIPOFF

My business book needed refinement to appeal to modern readers. Golden Gate Publishers assigned an editor who understood my niche. They streamlined my points so the book reads fast and punchy. Their design team then created a cover that instantly creams authority. The whole experience made me feel like a legit, established author.

As an indie author, finding a publisher that listens to your vision is rare. Golden Gate Publishers worked with me on every single detail, from font choices to back cover copy. Their marketing's team set up targeted promotional runs that got my launch in front of fantasy readers The communication was prompt and super reassuring throughout. I couldn't be happier with how my release turned out.

They are very clear about how much everything costs + about what you will get so far as services are concerned. The team cares about what the author truly wants. The book to be like + is also open to giving suggestions if suggestions are needed/wanted. Awesome people to work with!

They got everything done i wanted and we're very helpful 🙂 thank u Elisa Coleman

I only had an idea and a lot of feeling about my book "Why Does God Allow Problems in Our Life?" and the team helped me turn it to something I'm really proud of from the first conversation they actually listened. I spoke with Elisa for almost about an hour every time and she never once seemed bored or in a rush she just kept listening and understanding everything what I wanted to say. they took what was in my heart and wrote it in a way I never could have on my own. It has been now four months working with them and the whole process has been very easy for me they kept me updated every step of the way. I need the people that could understand me my book and my feelings and the did it very well.

I have written a book, Nach Made Easy, which is a history of the Jews from the time they entered the Promised Land until the destruction of the First Temple and the exile. 6 books of the Old Testament. I have been working with Golden Gate Publishers for about 2 months, and it has been a great experience so far, as they help me to market my book. The main person I am dealing with is Mark Smith, who has been very attentive to my requirements. My hope is that I succeed in marketing across America, Canada, and wherever else it takes me.

Golden Gate has provided editing and cover preparation services as advertised. They were responsive to my suggestions. Their communications are timely.
