Went to the one in New Hampshire 10 minutes & my kids were throwing up in the restroom NEVER GO EAT THERE this place should be shut down like 4eva

Under cooked food, dried out food, dirty plates. Pittsburgh, Pa location. Was given a cup to take my drink home that was wet inside and smelled like human urine.

My son got an A on his test today, so I took him to the Golden Corral in Duluth, Georgia, to celebrate. While we were at the grill, I requested a medium-rare steak from the cook. He smirked at me and cut into one of the steaks on the grill to show me its doneness. It was clearly medium, not medium rare. I politely asked again for a medium-rare steak and pointed to the one I wanted. However, instead of giving me the steak I requested, the cook picked up another medium steak and handed it to me. As a paying customer, I felt that my reasonable request was ignored. His attitude and behavior made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected—almost as if I were asking for a favor rather than simply requesting the steak I wanted. This was especially disappointing because I was there to celebrate my son's achievement and wanted us to have a pleasant experience.

Service area was not very clean and the food looked old and not fresh. When we asked about empty serving trays we were told they were all out. Waited about an hour before management came to our table. Management showed no concern about our issues making no attempt to resolve our issues. When we expressed our dissatisfaction they laughed at us and said have a nice day then walked away. We were not the only patrons who were not satisfied. Management did not care. The local county board of heath needs to do an inspection and close the location down until they clean up the filthy conditions.

On 6/23/26 at approximately 5:00pm my husband and I came to dinner. The owner was here checking temperatures and I decided to get some pork chops as I had them before and were really good. This last time I was cutting them up and noticed the pork was very pink as it was undercooked. As we explained this to the manager Christina she signed our receipt and said next time it was on her. So this time we came in on 7/11/26 at 2:00pm Christina argued with us stating she never said any of the sort. She was rude as she normally is however she was ruder than normal. Jennifer the other manager stood there and said nothing. Jennifer knows us as we come in quite a bit. We will be getting a hold of corporate about this matter as Christina’s word meant nothing. We ate at the Elk Grove Golden Carrel buffet restaurant for Father’s Day and were surprised when we were charged more for the senior discount. We didn’t expect to pay an additional $5 each for holiday and pay an additional $7.50 if we wanted to have a lobster tail. We are low income elders and it’s difficult to pay an additional fee for a holiday meal on a fixed income. The food selection seemed to be the normal menu items that we ate there in the past. Please consider this for future reference. Thanks.

Went to kingsport Golden Corral for lunch on Saturday 6/6/26. Menu states build your own burger, there weren’t any burgers only hotdogs. The hot buffet didn’t have any meatloaf, pot roast, mashed potatoes or corn, nut these are listed on the menu. The ice cream machine was another story. The vanilla side was broken and the chocolate side came out like syrup. Such a total disappointment!! Definitely will not be going back!

Simply god awfeel. Everything.tastes the same . The air conditioning is so.cold u should have worn a fur coat. No.spoons though all the food was like soup. The desserts were soupy too
