Bad service, rude general manager. Treated me poorly. Located on I35 Austin, Texas. Refused me entry after taking my money. Received credit but no food. I am 91 years old and walk with a cane.

It's on the website that they're opened up till 9:00 on Thanksgiving. We had family coming in late so we got there about 6:00 that night. Wouldn't you know it people are still in it but the doors have all closed signs on them. Why did they close up at 6:00 p.m. instead of 9:00 p.m. when the website says that's the time that they're open till. I guess this means that they really don't want people's business here. I'll just go ahead and put them in the column with Westernsizzlin. And put a forget now sign on it

my recent experience at your Golden Corral restaurant located at [8215 Broadway Merrillville, IN] on November 15th, 2024, at approximately 7:16 PM CST was horrid! We were celebrating my grandmother's 80th birthday, and unfortunately, the experience was far from celebratory. Upon entering the establishment, I was immediately struck by an unpleasant odor. This, coupled with a multitude of visibly greasy dishes provided, created an unappetizing atmosphere from the onset. Unfortunately, the food quality did nothing to alleviate these initial concerns. The dishes were cold, unappetizing, mushy; the turkey gravy seemed to have suds in it. "The deserts were brick hard," said my 12-year-old. "The apple pie was sickening," said my 18-year-old. When I brought these issues to the attention of the apparent manager on duty, I was met with a series of excuses as to why a refund could not be issued. After a considerable wait of 15 minutes, I was finally granted a refund for only one meal, despite the fact that I was dining with my two daughters (ages 18 and 12) who were equally subjected to the subpar conditions and food. I requested to speak with someone of higher authority but was informed that the General Manager was unavailable and would not return for over an hour. I called the following day, November 16th, and spoke with Ruby, the General Manager. Initially, she seemed receptive to my complaint and agreed to a refund minus the drinks. However, she soon retracted this offer, calling me back stating that she would not grant the full refund. This experience was wholly unacceptable. The unsanitary conditions, poor food quality, and dismissive customer service are not representative of the standards I expect from a reputable establishment. I request a full refund for all three meals as compensation for this deeply disappointing experience. I have been a patron of Golden Corral in the past, but this incident has severely damaged my perception of your brand. I sincerely hope that you will take appropriate action to address these issues and prevent similar occurrences in the future.

We do not reside in Pueblo CO. My Son has oral surgery this morning and afterwards He wanted to eat at the Golden Corral. He would have soft food. We went inside and to my utter shock we pain $7.34 for 2 Beverages! We got our food and my son wasn't feeling well so BECAUSE WE WERE AT THE TABLE MAYBE 15 MINUTES, I asked the employee at the counter if My Son could take his food. She said it's $7.99 a pound. I asked to speak with the manager. A few minutes later this Extremely HATEFUL, SARCASTIC RUDE WOMAN comes to our table! I was standing and she came up directly behind me and WITH NO INTRODUCTION SHE LOOKS AT MY SON AND SAID "NO." He attempted to explain his situation and said he barely could eat. She said "YOU PAY FOR ALL YOU CAN EAT HERE, IF YOU CANT EAT IT IS $8.99 A POUND TO TAKE IT WITH YOU!" Her attitude DOES NOT BELONG IN HOSPITALITY!!! THAT HORRIFIC WOMAN NEEDS TO BE LET GO!! Oral Surgery usually brings out empathy... obviously not with her!! I KNOW SHE HAS A BOSS ABOVE HER, and I will do all I can to reach him. She cost us $65.00 for 2 people, in her restaurant who had the WORST DINING EXPERIENCE EVER!! I HIGHLY ADVICE CAUTION WHEN EATING AT THE PUEBLO, CO GOLDEN CORRAL!

went to get some takeout Mashed potatoes were nasty Wing were dried out and chewy. ended up spending $9 and throwing it away will be along time b4 I go back

Don't read their internet website,all lies Website says seniors $12.49,they charged me $14.99 fir senior breakfast buffet. Website says cooked to order eggs,I asked for fried eggs,they said "we only have omelets,no fried eggs". Didn't see the OJ or milk. Sausage patties were overcooked disc's no taste. Sausage links cold no taste. Ham carving station, what ham,nothing there. Omelet station? That's a laugh,3 people waiting in line 5 mins but no one there making omelets. Don't go there,don't waste your time. You'll be overcharged and mite dye of starvation b 4 you get your food.

Terra Haute location. This place really needs to b shut down. We paid 64 dollars for 3 adults. The food was old and dry. Our buffet in Illinois is way better then this. Nothing was fresh. Poor service and quality of food was terrible. The taco meat was so dry it looked like dog food. Now lets talk about the restrooms. Not clean. When I turned the sink on top wash my hands the whole faucet moved. The fire alarm was literally hanging off the wall. I would not recommend anyone to eat her. We got sick from this place. The silverware was terrible. Its old and had stuff caked on the knife. Pack saying clean and sanitized jus for u. Too be honest this place should be shut down. Lackluster for sure.
