I inquired about a 14 karat gold initial ring with moissanite stones to see if they could make it with my initial. He said he could so I decided to order because the price was quite reasonable considering where gold is at right now. They were so communicative with me through the entire process! They sent me the CAD design for approval within a couple of days, and he sent me a message at every single stage of my ring production. The best part of all was the super fast shipping! I have ordered several rings from vendors on Etsy coming from India, I only had an issue with one that I did not receive which was an issue with my local postman, but golden bird uses FedEx and it only took a handful of days to get here versus a couple of weeks. I will definitely order from them again!

Vijay's help and communication was absolutely amazing. He kept me informed during the whole process with updates every few days to let me know what he was up to. When the ring was made, it was shipped right away and arrived much sooner than I expected. The ring is beautiful and definitely high quality!

Overall My experience with golden bird jewelers has been excellent. Absolutely top-notch customer service. I was really made to feel like I was very much a part of the process. I received frequent updates including either video or images. From start to finish of the ring production. Initially, I was concerned because the price points seemed "too good to be true" for such high quality items. But after doing my due diligence researching and looking at other reviews from verified customers. I decided to take a chance and I'm so glad I did, ya'll. I have just received my moisanite full eternity band, and I can't be happier. It is exactly what I wanted. I was a bit nervous to order from them direct, and I needed a quarter size ring (7.25) rather than half size, and the sizing was perfect! No gaps between the stones. I also adjusted the band width from 2mm to 1.8mm and it was done without any hasle. This was my second order (first time I found them on Etsy). I wish I could attach photos here. Communication was consistent throughout the entire process. Amazing craftsmanship. Thank you.
