My ring is absolutely gorgeous
My ring is absolutely gorgeous. I was so impressed with the final product and how Vijay and his team answered all of my questions and sent me regular updates about the ring. I even received a video of it for final approval. I have ordered custom jewelry in the past, and this was by far my favorite piece. Will be a repeat customer!

The ring I ordered is STUNNING
The ring I ordered is STUNNING! It looks just like the picture, if not better! However, what really stood out about this purchase was the absolutely impeccable customer service! There were regular check-ins about the progress of my piece, and the emails were personal, not automated BS. The rep was kind, funny, and even took the time to wish me Merry Christmas. I couldn’t recommend this company more!

Attentive service
They were willing to attend to our requests about ring specifications and allowed us to change the alloy of the ring when the alloy of gold we originally chose didn't look as expected (for an additional charge of course). They updated us throughout the process with pictures and videos and didn't send the rings until we were 100% satisfied. The product arrived within the expected time frame.

I recently placed an order for an oval east west anniversary band from Golden Bird Jewels. The ring is absolutely gorgeous! I love it so much. The quality and workmanship is top notch. This company was so great to work with. They provided updates throughout the process and I believe it was about three weeks from start to finish. I will definitely order again as I have two more pieces that I would like to add to my ring stack.

Excellent communication, Beautiful Ring
We purchased our ring for our 25th anniversary. We didn't have a lot of money when we got married, so we were looking for something special but affordable, go celebrate. The customer service was very responsive throughout the process, often responding in under an hour if I had a question. We recieved videos and emails all through the process to confirm every thing was correct. I did a lot of research in advance as well before using Golden Bird and I'm very glad we went with this company.
