Hi Gary, Thank you for being a long time customer! In reviewing your account, you received an "Upcoming Charge" email on April 2nd stating the next charge would be on April 12th. We charged the card on April 12th and sent the confirmation email in the morning. We can see you logged into your account on April 12th in the afternoon and skipped the May shipment. The April shipment had already been charged earlier that day and would not have been an option to skip at the time of your login, which is why that shipment went out to you. For future reference, you will need to call or email our customer service team for same day charge / cancellations. This cannot be done via the online portal. Your next shipment date is currently scheduled for June 12th. If you would like this delayed out further, or would like to schedule a return for the last order, please reach out to our customer service team at 1-800-351-6106.

Hi Leonard, Thank you for being a first time customer and trying our Beets Formula. While most of our customers are fine mixing Beets Formula with water, we do have customers that prefer to mix it in with juice or even smoothies. Give this a try and let us know how it works for you! We see you sent a request for cancellation on 10/11. While the agent cancelled all future subscriptions that same day, the agent inadvertently kept the 10/11 order active instead of cancelling that one too. We do apologize for this inconvenience and will be issuing you a refund on the last order - no need to return the bottle. The refund will be reflected back on your original method of payment within 3-5 business days. Hi Cameron, First, thank you for taking a chance with purchasing with us. As a first time customer, we can understand the frustration that can come with long delivery times. We are a U.S. based company and always quote 14-28 business days for international delivery. When your order was placed, you were quoted a delivery timeframe between June 19th and July 9th (to account for potential delays). At the time you wrote this review (June 22nd), you had not yet received your package, but we were still within the delivery timeframe quoted. Our records indicate the package was delivered yesterday, July 3rd. Although you received your package later than you would have liked, it was delivered within the communicated timeframe. Therefore, we do feel this is an unfair review. We would appreciate you updating this review to reflect all aspects of your experience with us, not just shipping time (which again, was communicated at the time of purchase).
