Achat sur golddirect.com le 14 Novembre 2013, paiement par virement bancaire alors obligatoire le 15 Novembre. GoldDirect n'a jamais honoré sa livraison. Ils prétextent que le détenteur de la licence golddirect.com a changé, mais le magasin et site golddirect.com existe toujours mais ne s'estime pas responsable pour honorer ma commande. Je n'ai plus de réponse de leur service client. J'ai pourtant une facture et mon compté a bien été débité. Comme ils sont au pays bas (GGG Trading, ancien propriétaire) et UK (Safeguards nouveau propriétaire), je ne sais pas quels sont les recours possible. Expérience très négative... Et affaire à suivre.

Ma commande auprès de Golddirect du 28 12 2013 a été effacée après le rachat par Saveguards. Pourtant, jamais le client n' a été informé de la vente du site par GGG Trading B.V. qui continue de faire affaire à partir d'Amsterdam. Le site a une version française, mais il faut communiquer, impérativement, en anglais avec Saveguards. Et Golddirect continue d'afficher CONFIANCE, FIABILITE, SECURITE TRANSPARENCE... C'est Golddirect qui est responsable du préjudice que je subis (commande, paiement, puis effacement de la commande et du compte !) c'est à l'ancien et au nouveau propriétaire de s'entendre, mais ce n'est pas le problème de l' acheteur. En attendant, je ne peux que mettre en garde les personnes intéressées par l' achat en ligne d' or ou d' argent. N' achetez pas sur GOLDDIRECT. com !!!
