Have been trying to verify my phone number but it keeps saying that the number format isnt valid, but the area code and rest of the digits are all correct, I tried contacting customer service which I was on hold for nearly an hour and it disconnected, I have contacted them on telegram with no response. Its absolutely ridiculous

I have had an absolutely terrible experience with Goldbet and their so-called "VIP Transfer" program. Back on April 16, I submitted a VIP transfer request with all the required video and account verification proof (showing my Platinum IV status and over $23M in total wagers) to claim their advertised $500 bonus. What followed was months of endless delays, automated runarounds, and empty promises. Support kept telling me my request was "in the queue" or "forwarded to the technical department," but more than three months later, absolutely nothing has been done. It genuinely feels like a deceptive tactic just to lure high-rolling players in and get them to deposit. Save your time, money, and frustration—stay far away from this casino!

Vorsicht riesen betrug. Es wird auch nicht das Konto gesperrt. Sie lassen es einfach laufen und gewinnen kann man da sicher nicht!!!
