Impressed and pleased
After calling around to different precious metal companies I was completely comfortable with Gold Alliance they answered all my questions and I never felt pressured, they were very patient with me. Joni was great and helpful. I look forward to my future with Gold Alliance.

Kevin Troy is knowledgeable
Kevin Troy is knowledgeable, patient and kind. Because I am a newbie to the precious metals market, I felt very vulnerable to being taken advantage of. Gold Alliance great Customer Service
I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Gold Alliance, they contacted me promptly and were extremely helpful in guiding me through the process of purchasing my precious metals. I tried contacting another precious metals company many times and they never never contacted me over a period of many months.
