I purchased several gift cards at different prices and times. Non are legit. All saying already redeemed. I am the one who scratched the cards off. $150 loss because they can't take responsibility for anything.

I purchased $400 in razor cards from grocery store. When we tried to redeem them they had been and last digits on cards were gone. I filed case number, they asked for me file police report. I did! Then they needed to e to review, then they wanted police to investigate?? I asked for my money back or valid cards to redeem. They rejected any request and said police should look further into the matter. Now in my eyes police went as far as they could. Two months have passed and they still expect police to do something about a previous redeemed card and missing pin numbers. I lost out on four hundred dollars!! I believe Razor card has a internal problem with their card manufacturer and they refuse to investigate on their side . Not fair for me to lose my money! Where you is their accountability?

Going back to Razer's reply to my first review, they said to email them at whatever email address they told me. They said they were going to resolve my issue in 24-48 hours(note that I waited 2 weeks before they said this). I recently contacted Razer Gold support, AGAIN. And now they are telling me I have to wait ANOTHER week.

This company is fraudulent. I bought 6 Razer Gold cards from different stores, and each of the 6 cards had only 9-11 digits in the PIN instead of the required 14! Razer's tech support told me that the PIN codes had been used and that I need to contact the police, and then send them the police report and purchase receipt. I would believe this nonsense if it were just 1 card. But there are 6! And all from different stores! The store told me they cannot refund the money because I need to contact Razer myself. I lost $3000.

Twice I have purchased Razer Gold cards that had missing numbers in the pin. I sent pictures of the cards to customer support and was told they had already been used. I didn't use them. I couldn't since I didn't have all the numbers in the pin. I'm very disappointed with this company. I advise everyone to Never buy anything from this company. I will never purchase anything more from them. They will cheat you out of your hard earned money. Take it from someone who knows by experience.
