The site operated very well for me. However, when I received an email saying the fare had dropped, the price had actually risen. I couldn't find a sensibly priced fare and ended up not scheduling a trip. About 1.5-2 hours later is when I received an email saying the fare had gone up (to the price listed online)

Thank you for your feedback. The rates in the fare alert emails are recently found prices for specific dates. Live pricing may be different. As airline prices change rapidly, we cannot guarantee that any price will stay the same – we can only alert you to when we've seen low rates.
