False Hope of Such a Great Rate
When I'm following through with the great rates you send to me, it's like starting my flight search all over again, and I'm NEVER able to find the great rate you send me. It gives me false hope.

Thank you for your feedback. The rates in the fare alert emails are recently found prices for specific dates. Live pricing may be different. As airline prices change rapidly, we cannot guarantee that any price will stay the same – we can only alert you to when we've seen low rates.

Deals on dates off my schedule
They keep sending me deals with dates that are not related to my schedule.

Thank you for your feedback. The best way to find cheap fares when traveling last minute is to be flexible with both your dates and your destination if possible. We recommend setting up fare alerts for two or three destinations in order to see which one has the lowest rates. We hope this helps you find the right deal!

Your prices were so high.
Once before I was able to find a good price for a last minute flight. This time, your prices were so high that I was forced to cancel my trip. I cannot give you a better rate. Perhaps you will be able to find a way to fill vacant seats for the airlines that otherwise they would not fill. I will try you again because my flights are usually last minute.

Timing, Direction
By the time the notification is mailed, the prices are no longer available. And one is led to believe that by clicking on the button, one will be directed to the site that has or had that price, and that is not the case. Instead, one is directed to a multitude of sites to go through before realizing that the price one expects to see is not there. I applaud the effort, but it doesn't work.

Have not used this sight to buy any…
Have not used this sight to buy any trips just looked at prices but were the same as others I have used. Will continue to look at it.
