This company was supposed to deliver my Comfrt package. They mark the package delivered but there is no accountability and no response as to why the delivery photo is a package in the alley against someone's garage door. First, how is it acceptable to put packages by the garage and not bring them to the front door? It wasnt a large or heavy item. Because of the package location, its no where to be found so like many other reviews state it could have been stolen by a passerby or even by the driver. They admit the proof of delivery photo wasnt good but they refused to change the status of the package when I asked if it could be marked as "lost". Awful and I dont trust them.

Jitsu is a poorly run company with terrible service. They are supposed to deliver my perishable items every Sunday. Two Sunday’s in a row now they just don’t deliver. They give no updates or explanations, they just don’t deliver. We have had perfect weather both times. When I try to contact customer service, it’s hard to get ahold of them. They don’t respond to emails for over a week and when you call they just tell you it’s on a vehicle for delivery. No explanation, no apology, no estimated time. You should not use this company for any deliveries, especially perishables.

If I could give zero stars I would. The driver for the company left the package on the sidewalk outside the actually door to get into the residence. This is NYC. This is unacceptable. Needless to say the package was stolen. Numerous attempts were made to contact the company and they brushed off and said it was delivered. I told them what happened and all they could say is that it was escalated. This company is terrible. The lack of accountability is appalling and overall attitude is unacceptable. If the company you order from uses them do not order from that company.

Absolutely unacceptable service. Time after time, this delivery company failed to deliver to my address, even after I provided extremely thorough, step-by-step directions with photos. After multiple failed attempts, I called customer service and was given false excuses, including being told that a regular-sized SUV could not fit into my garage, which is simply not true. When I called this out, the agent brushed it off and said they would “send another driver.” That driver also failed to follow the directions. My package was never delivered. I then emailed customer service and never received a response. This company is unreliable, dishonest, and completely lacking in accountability. Avoid if you want your package to actually arrive.

The drivers fail to deliver my packages almost every time. Trying to update my address and location “pin” is impossible as I cannot change any of my settings. Their customer service is unresponsive for 48 hours and then says “your claim has expired and has been labeled as resolved”. Do not trust them with your life—or anything.

Gojitsu delivers my factor 75 meals. It has been the worst delivery service I have ever experienced. The drivers constantly leave my food delivery on the floor outside of my building, even after several complaints. The drivers do not try to contact me in any way shape of form to retrieve my package before leaving it outside. It has been brought to my attention from one of the other residents of my building that they have witnessed the delivery person throw the box over the front gate. Because of this delivery service I will no longer be ordering food from factor 75. So, factor can thank gojitsu for losing a loyal customer.

Got a package delivery on the 31st of Dec. the delivery guy delivered it to the wrong address and didn't even care to check the address on the parcel I had to double check the photos uploaded for the proof of delivery and was shocked that the address plate on the wall was different than the one placed on my order! Before you deliver anything make sure the address is correct and make sure you leave it so somewhere safe not outdoors on a public holiday.

They never delivered the package, but marked it as delivered! They had two packages out for delivery for me the same day. The driver marked both as delivered, but took a photo of the same package twice. I even met the driver outside and he handed me one package. He actually then took it back, got confused, brought it to my neighbor’s door, then 2 minutes later brought it back to me. He didn’t speak any English so I didn’t know what he said. I also have two cameras out front so I can confirm that he only delivered one to me. Furthermore, Jitsu’s chat support gives me the runaround. The chat bot says I can ask to speak to a representative. No matter how many times I ask or how I word it, it says it doesn’t understand me. I will avoid shopping at Quince just because they use Jitsu. Jitsu is an absolutely horrendous shipping company.
