If you can avoid them, do so. If you're trying to deliver to a university campus, don't use them. Their staff are incompetent when it comes to delivering for Hello Fresh. I have now had two separate situations, back to back, where the driver failed to deliver the package. First time, the driver put it somewhere completely different which meant it was stolen. The second time, they delayed it by a full day. It was supposed to arrive on Thursday before 8PM. And by Friday at midnight, they said the delivery failed. Their phone support team never seems to be able to reach the driver. This service is for people who have traditional home and money to waste.

As many others, I'd love to give them negative stars. We order from Nespresso for our office and unfortunately Gojitsu is now the courier....until several months ago our shipments were delivered on time and without issue. I'm assuming Nespresso changed couriers because we've had consistent problems with them. They'll email at 2pm saying "sorry we missed you" claiming they'll try again the next day and send the same thing or they try again at 7pm when the freight is closed. We give Nespresso a delivery window and that has (allegedly) been communicated to the courier, but they ignore it. We placed an order yesterday and they said it would arrive same day...their update from 9pm said the package would be delivered at 4pm THAT day and then they dropped it at 11:45pm ON THE STREET. I went to look for it this morning and of course it's gone. Trying to contact customer service has been fruitless. Nespresso is good about replacing packages, but then we have to go through this whole thing again and I can't know if it will be safely delivered. Terrible courier, would never ever recommend, and I pray Nespresso changes their delivery system. This constant problem is beyond frustrating.

Their customer service takes hours to respond, and their drivers pass my neighborhood multiple times. My factor boxes take hours to deliver. I’ve had a driver slam my boxes down.

These idiots have no idea how to deliver packages. I left specific instructions to leave my package at my apartment. The brain dead, mental midget that was supposed to deliver my package left it in the lobby. I guess the technological complexity of using an elevator is beyond this delivery person's mental envelope. It must be an obstacle too high, big, and tough for them to be able to push a few buttons. Someone stole my package. I now have to fill out a report with the police and have them do a search of the security cameras to see if they can find this person.

Absolutely terrible delivery service. My package was marked as delivered, but it was nowhere to be found. I checked my door, the GPS location, nearby buildings, and walked around the entire apartment complex. There was no package anywhere. The delivery photo provided as "proof" was completely useless and did not show a recognizable location. Instead of receiving my order, I was left wasting my time searching for a package that apparently vanished into thin air. To make matters worse, support was no help. I was connected to an agent, explained the situation in detail, and then sat there waiting while my issue remained unresolved. A delivery company has one job: get the package to the customer. In this case, that didn't happen. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding Jitsu. If your package goes missing, don't expect the delivery photo or customer support to help you find it.

If i could leave 0 stars i would. I was expecting a package today, that had a 12 hour delivery window. At the last minute of the delivery window, my status was updated to undeliverable "due to being turned down by door man" I live in an town home complex that has not gates or door men. This was a lazy driver, who didnt want to do there job. Or my package was never out for delivery.

There should be zero stars option. I paid extra to have next day local delivery service and email said it would deliver by 8:00 pm PDT. It’s now 10:00 pm PDT with no update. Tracking still says delivery by 8:00 pm tonight. Used customer service chat and I requested a live agent for 40 mins with no one responding. Worst customer experience. Rating would be zero stars.

Terrible company that just leaves packages on the street at 10:00 PM despite clear signs to deliver packages to the package room.
