I bought this carrier about 8 months ago because I needed something more structured for once my baby got a little bigger. I did tons of research and compared other competitive brands. I ended up going with the gojiberry as I loved the idea of being able to remove the cover to wash it, if your baby has reflux you understand why! I was bummed that right after my purchase, probably the very next day, the buy one carrier get two covers free was live - the frequency in which I see sales from this company is awesome! So I'd 100% recommend waiting until you see one because it seems like they run them regularly! So about my carrier. It's SO easy to put on by yourself, I love the front carrying and the back carrying options. My baby also LOVES being on my back now that he can sit independently. He falls asleep regularly while being front carried so I'm assuming he's comfortable in the carrier as well! It's also a stunning carrier, I get compliments every time I wear my baby out in public. It definitely looks like it's been made with care and details in mind which I love ! I only have two small complaints, I don't feel like there is quite enough back support so my back aches after long time use. And the buttons where my baby's legs are unsnap pretty easily, when I'm battling an overtired baby and he starts to fight the carrier, they immediately unpop and I have to pop them back in place so his legs are seated appropriately. Other than that, I really love this carrier and I'm very happy with my purchase 😊

Amazing carrier and beautiful prints for ring slings. I love this carrier because your baby will sit more up-right and close to you, but still be a natural sitting position for them. I love the back wearing option, never had a carrier like that before so LOVING that! I love that you can change out covers for the carrier as well, never seen that before from a brand. I’ve already had multiple mom’s stop me in the store and ask “what brand is that?” So worth every penny, I also bought when the ring sling was free which is crazy and amazing for moms to get anything for free or discounted!! Buy you won’t regret it!

Quality is great! However, it is not really plus friendly. I am within the size range but when my baby is bigger I don’t think the ring sling is going to work, there isn’t enough length. The carrier *should* be okay but I’m still lightly nervous. For reference I’m a size 16. The most helpful would be different lengths for ring slings and maybe some neutral colors like with the carrier covers.

I’m leaving a 4-star review to be fair and transparent about my experience with GojiBerry. I placed a duplicate order solely to change my payment method and contacted customer service as soon as I noticed. The duplicate order was returned as soon as shipping label was received. I expected a straightforward resolution, a full exchanged refund. but the communication process was slower and more difficult than anticipated. What was frustrating was that nearly $30 was deducted from my refund for shipping and transaction fees that were not clearly communicated. While I understand return policies exist, clear and prompt communication via chat or email would have prevented confusion and frustration. Additionally, during the resolution process, details concerning my urgency to fix the mistake on my end was brought to my attention and I graciously took responsibility for my rush and even denied the 50% split loss of the remaining refund they offered. I planned to just leave it at that and still leave a positive review. Finally, I then was informed that a full refund would be completed after I left a review. Though this may look like review manipulation, I am extremely grateful that they had a change of mind, and went the extra mile to make me feel like a valued customer and I am truly grateful for that. I am an honest and fair lady , always leaving reviews with transparency. That said, I am currently waiting for the company to stand by their final decision to refund the remaining refund amount. Because of their positive change of mind after taking responsibility on my end, I look forward to Gojiberry honoring their commitment to treat me as a valued customer. The product itself is well made and beautiful. I will recommend this carrier to all my friends and followers online. I believe this experience could be improved with more prompt communication and clearer upfront explanations of return-related costs. At the end of the day, this is a Great company who is doing their best! You should definitely place your order today to get your Gojiberry Carrier :)
