Awful customer service
Awful customer service. I received the wrong product, one that was cheaper than what I purchased. I emailed and called several times without a return communication from the company. Horrible experience.

Go Home Medical sent the entirely wrong…
Go Home Medical sent the entirely wrong item. I left 3 phone messages (no one answers the phone). I sent a message through the Contact Us section of their website. I got an email address for them through Paypal, sent that, they left me a phone message telling me to call the same number I'd been calling. So I left a fourth phone message. No response. Luckily, I had paid through Paypal and they gave me a full refund, including the shipping and handling charge.
