GoGo stick is easy and straight forward in ordering. No issues at all. We primarily use the extra large bags and from shopping those bags are the only bags on the market that size,

I ordered the scooper and the rake and they work well. I do not have to bend over and risk falling. Suggestion: if the rake and scoop can be permanently attached, maybe someway the 2 can be operated with one hand. Maybe you've tried this and it doesn't work - just checking.

Good service. Good product. Good price!

Having a subscription means I never run out of bags. It’s easy to manage and convenient.

I love the gogostik - it has made our lives so much easier! My son has OCD and doesn't like the sensation of picking up poo with his hand even if it is covered completely by a plastic bag. I just like to retrieve fecal matter hygienically, and the best way for that is not to let it hit the ground. I put the gogostik right under my dog's heiney and he goes poo right in the bag. Then I pull the bag up from behind the top of the stick, pulling it toward me so that I never come in contact with any excrement. Alec, the owner, is also a super-nice person and has sent extras and discounts. I have recommended it to people in my building,. all my friends with dogs, and i will be sending one to my sister. I recommend it highly!

Too hard to pick up the dogs business. I am 70yrs old and was hoping to make it easier to scoop it up. It is ridiculous I still have to bend over or use my cane to shove it in the bag. I need a scraper to push it in. Then I would have to carry my cane, the scooper & would need a scraper. I stopped using it.

When I ordered this item I was not aware that it was out of stock. When I sent an email they were very responsive and got the item out to me by the next wednesday. Only 2 days from when I emailed them. That was excellent service. Before I did wait for 3 weeks but they made up for it at the end.

Works great
