Weight-Loss Guaranteed Results in 30 Days!Reviews of gogocharters.com

Called in for a last-minute bus for an event I was running to shuttle from the hotel to the restaurant. I was placed on hold for roughly 20 seconds and jumped right into all the details and got everything sorted out within minutes.

After other bus companies put me on hold forever when I called on Memorial Day, I decided to give GOGO Charters a try and they helped me out immediately.

Received a call from them that my payment hadn’t gone through and if I wanted to cancel or not, got it all figured out and I am good to go on my trip. They took the time to call and confirm with me instead of just cancelling and letting me find out on my own. GOOD SERVICE!

Great staff, live agents always available to talk on the phone no matter what day or time it is. Overall very easy to work with this bus company.

Most comfortable ride I have had in a long time. Clean bus, clean seats, great wifi and a nice bus driver to top it off, couldn’t have asked for a better trip.

Satisfied with my service, helpful people in the customer service department and assured my ride would go smoothly.

Gogo Charters was Exceptional! Called them at 2 in the morning to help save us from Charlotte NC to Nashville TN. Not only were they the only ones that picked up the phone but they got us a bus within 2 hours. The rate was fair, although not the cheapest. The bus that arrived was outstanding. The driver was outstanding. He was really nice and we left him a $200 tip. Took great care of us and stopped every time we asked him. No complaints whatsoever. For any bus rental my number 1 recommendation would be gogo charters!

Prices on website are false advertisements. Asked for details of the pricing shown on the website and the sales representative was rude in addition to admitting that the price on the website is not what generates in the quote system.
