I tried to redeem my Groupon and put in the wrong email address so I couldnt get the ticket sent to me. I emailed the help email and they helped so quickly! It was immediate and they resent me my Groupon. Great customer service. I contacted them again about a question about my AMC popcorn ticket and they helped me quickly again. It was resolved immediately. Very friendly and helpful.

I made a purchase not knowing the offer would not work for my account. I emailed the support center and they were able to refund me within 15 min. I appreciate them having my back when I made a mistake!

We needed to purchase (16) $100 Disney Gift Cards, put in order to get that done, we needed customer support to merge 2 Dining Dollar accounts together. Angela in customer support was wonderful! Not only was she able to merge the 2 accounts together, she took care of that and all of the other questions we had for her in a matter of hours. That was so important because it takes 72 hours for the cards to come through and we are leaving for our trip in 96 hours...no time for any delays. Big shout out to Angela for awesome customer service!!!

I purchased 4 tickets for a movie at regal using their eticket voucher but turns out two people cant go so I had to do a refund. When i did the refund regal didnt give back the voucher so i sent an email to gofun about the situation along with my order number and the following day they replied back with new vouchers to use!! I will definitely be using their site again!!
