GoflydragonFlyDragon is the real estate industry’s first agency built specifically for AI visibility and AI-driven search. We help real estate agents turn the new “AI referral engine” into real business: buyer calls, seller inquiries, and listing appointments coming from platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, and other large language models that people now use to find agents, neighborhoods, and homes. Our work goes beyond traditional SEO. FlyDragon builds AI SEO strategies designed for how LLMs actually choose who to recommend in a local market. That includes creating high-intent “money pages”, building topical authority through connected content clusters, and tightening internal linking so your site reads like a clear, credible expert source. We pair that with consistent brand and location signals, smart site architecture, and ongoing optimization so your presence compounds over time.FlyDragon runs an exclusivity model in many markets (one agent per location) to protect focus and results. If you’re serious about being the agent AI recommends, FlyDragon is the team built for that.

I hired Flydragon to help me get seen by those researching online for a realtor. Working with them has been an outstanding experience from start to finish. Their team is professional, responsive, and most importantly they have delivered on what they promised. I highly recommend them.

I’ve been working with Go Fly Dragon for the past couple of months, and they’ve done exactly what they said they would do. They helped get me properly positioned across AI and language models while also improving my SEO presence on Google. The results have been strong, especially compared to other marketing strategies I’ve used like pay-per-click and traditional real estate lead generation. What stands out most is their communication and execution—they consistently follow through and keep you in the loop. Tim and his team have been fantastic to work with. This has easily been the best return on investment I’ve seen for marketing, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to grow their online presence.

We've been working with Goflydragon for AI SEO now for almost a year and we're now consistently ranking #1 in all the AI LLMs for best realtor in our town amongst a few other search terms. We couldn't be happier with our experience with the Goflydragon team and Tim & Ryan. Fantastic reporting and monthly updates too!

I’ve been working with FlyDragon for the past 6+ months, and they’ve been a game-changer in increasing my online visibility (which has led to a steady stream of warm leads). What I like most is that they’re focused on where search is actually going (AI, ChatGPT, etc.), and they’ve helped position me quickly as a local authority. The people reaching out already see me as the expert, instead of me having to prove it from scratch. If you want to stay ahead of the curve and grow your online presence, FlyDragon is definitely worth the investment!

Oh my gosh am I glad I reached out to Tim at Goflydragon! I listed to him present at a conference and knew this was the kind of company I wanted to work with and could trust. It's been so fun to see results so fast. When the phone rings and I ask where they got my name from they usually giggle and tell me "it was AI!" which makes me smile from ear to ear!

If you're looking for a "done-for-you" company that will get you recommended in AI searches, Fly Dragon is what you need. Working with Fly Dragon has been easy, which is exactly what I was looking for: They have gone above and beyond my expectations and within 45 days I'm already showing up in multiple AI searches. Not only are they good at what they do, they're incredibly responsive and happy to answer all of my questions.

I hired Tim and his team back in September of 2025, and I’m still trying to figure out what kind of wizardry they’re using. Within a few weeks, we started averaging about two deals a month directly from their system. The calls we get are different, too. These aren’t cold leads kicking tires these are people calling because they already found us through their AI research and decided we’re the agent they want to work with. We’re also getting referrals from other agents who found us the same way and are looking for a strong partner in our market. Most of the time, these conversations skip the usual “just looking” phase and go straight to “when can we start?” It honestly feels like Tim and his team figured out how to put us exactly where serious buyers and sellers are already looking. If you’re tired of chasing business and would rather have business find you, I’d highly recommend working with them.
