Hi, Thank you for reaching out and for bringing this to our attention we truly appreciate your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear about your experience. You are correct that we do not yet have BBB accreditation; however, we are actively working on it and expect to complete all final steps within the next 1–2 weeks. Regarding the dealer license, it is very concerning to hear that this information was not provided. This does not reflect the level of transparency and communication we strive to maintain. Could you please let us know which team member you spoke with? We would like to review this internally and ensure it does not happen again. We would appreciate the opportunity to make this right and provide you with the experience you deserve. Please feel free to reach out to us directly we’re here to help. Thank you again for your time and feedback. Best regards, Godwin Auto Sales https://www.trustpilot.com/review/godwinautosales.com
