Very disappointed in the sweatshirt
Very disappointed in the sweatshirt. It was advertised as embroidered but nothing on it was. The sweatshirt was vacuumed packaged and the lettering is all wrinkled and will not come out. I will not be ordering from godmerch again.

Dear Customer, I’m sorry to hear that the shirt didn’t meet your expectations. The shirt you ordered is printed rather than embroidered. We use vacuum sealing to protect items during transit, which can cause temporary creasing. We recommend ironing the item inside out on low heat to help any wrinkles relax. Sloppy data entry - wrong addressee
The email that Godmerch is using has nothing to do with anyone called Glenn Reece. I have never heard of him and I dont live in the ÙSA. Sloppy data entry on someone's system.

Sent a size small instead of xl, can’t get customer service to respond
Sent a size small instead of xl. I tried calling customer service-no return on two voice mails left. Nobody answers. It was supposed to be part of a Father’s Day gift. Bad purchase. $40 wasted.

Lettering was unacceptable
I ordered a tshirt with the name Mackenzie. The z is absolutely not a z….it looks more like an s as the tail of the z doesn’t go below the writing line. I’ve purchased several things from Godmerch, however will not order again.

It was too small
It was too small - I ordered the same size shirt that I normally wear but it was too small - when I email customer service about it, they wanted me to measure my body then measure the shirt and send in pictures and measurements. I don't sew, I don't have a tape measure. No where on the site did it say the shirts ran small - in fact, according to the sizing chart it should have fit just right. I am very disappointed. I wanted it for a beach trip I am taking in a few weeks with my grandchildren. I won't ever order from you again. Sad in Alabama
