I can’t say enough nice things about this company. I received my sweatshirt and immediately washed it. I thought at that time the sweatshirt looked darker to me. I emailed this company and asked for the sweatshirt to be replaced and sent a photo of the original one I ordered after I washed it. I immediately received a response. The communication has been great. I received a new sweatshirt in just a few days and it turns out that it’s my fault, the original did not fade. I offered to pay for the second sweatshirt being it was my fault. I don’t know of any other company that would replace it for free and didn’t accept my offer to pay for the second one. My sweatshirt was exactly as described, so beautiful, and I love the red glitter lettering! Good quality too, not cheap made. I’ll definitely be shopping from Godmerch more often.
