Received my order and they are AWESOME. With the busy season I can understand the delay in the response. I will definitely order from here again.

I am changing from a one star review to a five star review. When my order was first delivered it had a flaw and I could not present it as a gift as intended. Initial attempts to contact godmerch brought no reply, but continued attempts finally brought a reply. The product was replaced with one without a flaw and they got it to me in time to give as the gift I intended. Other than slow responsiveness to my attempts to contact them, I am completely pleased with the product and it will make a wonderful gift. I would not hesitate to deal with them again.

For a wife at Christmas who has no materialistic need but only wants to share the love of Family, friends and especially our Grandchildren, godmerch helped me find the perfect Christms present. I ordered the "Grandma sweatshirt"-actually, the Hoodie version which she prefers(we're in the cold NE), pink in color, imprinted with the names of 6 grandchilren, size Large. It came in a prompt time frame during this busy pre-Christmas December. I had to show it to her and she loves the color and the fabric and especially the six names. Our only problem is- I ordered too large a size! My mistake! Godmerch is working with me to rectify the situation- a great Customer service response. Would I buy from them again- Yes!

I ordered 3 shirts. A day later I realized I messed up a name. The customer service and Gina were so understanding and helpful and resolved my mistake the same day. My order arrived before the ETA given and they were perfect. High quality fabric and came out better than expected. Great product, Great company and more importantly Great responsive customer service.

I recently ordered two shirts from this company for and one came, I sent an email to the customer care team and they responded explaining the situation, my second shirt was being sent separately because it had more detail than the first. I have a tracking number and the package has been sent. Thank you for responding and the explanation involving this issue.
