The sweatshirt I ordered for my wife's birthday was misprinted from the way I ordered it. Attempts to contact them have, so-far, gone unanswered. Very unhappy with my order.

Like the other reviews, I ordered two sweatshirts, received one, and no email updates, no responses to my email, no working customer service number. I will be happy to change my review accordingly once this is rectified, but by reading some of the reviews it seems this is the only way to get the company's attention.

I had the same experience as many others on here. I ordered 3 shirts and only received 1 even though the shipping email said that they were all sent. I’ve emailed them 3 times in the past week and have not heard back. I would love to be able to call and talk to someone. I unfortunately will have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Partial order received. Have emailed multiple times over several days with no response. No phone number available to call and actually speak with someone. Poor customer service when website states 24/7 customer service.

As seems to be a theme, I ordered 2 items and only received one. I’ve made multiple attempts to contact them over the past week with no response. I will be disputing with my credit card company. Note, similar to other reviews, the one item I received was very nice.

UPDATE:: It took a public review to get an email response from this company. Gina @ Godmerch stated they are very busy during the holidays and are swamped with emails. (I sent 3) However, I post a public Review and it gets acknowledged the very same day within just a few hours!!! People, for the record.. yes her email does say they have been shipped separately because the sweatshirt took longer. She did provide me with a new tracking number, however the tracking number was created 12/8/23 (8 days ago) and it currently states -pre-shipment NY. It is not in route. This was not my first purchase with Godmerch, but it definitely will be my last!! I ordered 2 items, on Dec 4, 2023, one tshirt and one sweatshirt. Both on the same order and paid for at the same time. On Dec 7th, I recvd an email “that my items had shipped!”On Dec 13th, the tshirt was recvd but not the sweatshirt. I have since sent 3 emails, to the ONLY EMAIL ADDRESS they have on the order and website asking where my sweatshirt is. Not one email has been answered since the first one was sent on Wednesday, Dec 13, 2023. The package the tshirt came in was little, and it was not ripped or open. There was no way that 2 items could have fit into something just under 8x11 size, especially a bulky sweatshirt. Right now, the lack of Customer Service is horrible! I’m not happy and currently out $40 and change.

Ordered a LARGE sweat shirt for my wife showing the 7 grandkids. They sent me a shirt size 2XL!! Wanted my wife to wear it this Thanksgiving since all the grandkids were going to be at the house. I wrot 2 times to their email address and have not received one word from this company. Honestly, it is good quality and if the shirt was the correct size I would have given them 5 stars. If they had replied to my first message I probably would have given 5 stars. However, at this point they are showing me they do not care about the customer.
