Paid for an overnight package for a…
Paid for an overnight package for a funeral and haven't received tracking information or a reply. If they can't do overnight when an order is placed on a Thursday they shouldn't let you choose that option. It was a hefty charge and I choose to pay it cause I need the blanket by the weekend. Not happy with customer service, they should at least have a number vs just email communications if they aren't going to follow up in a timely manner. I would have liked to know if it was coming so I can make other arrangements...very frustrating!

Dog fleece blankets
I ordered 2 fleece blankets. One with Airedales 60x80 & the other with golden retrievers. While the smaller Golden retriever blanket was not very thick, the pics were clear. Will keep that one. OTH, the larger Airedale fleece blanket does not even feel like fleece. It is some kind of thin material that doesn't even resemble fleece. In addition, the pics of the airedales are blurred. The pictures on the website are totally deceptive. I've sent 3 emails & tried to upload 2 reviews to their website with no response. Would advise, proceed with caution in ordering from this company. Both blankets were over $100 but not worth even a fourth of that.

Junk they won’t allow you to return
Wouldn’t allow me to return the piece of crap piece of plastic they sent me. Tired to tell me it was customized for me even though there was no personalizations.

Hi Alan, Thank you for your purchase to support us and sorry for the inconvenience. As we have previously informed that during the peak holiday season, delivery will be slower than usual, we can only guarantee the lead time. We also hire another party's transportation service like USPS, DHL.. and all other carriers have the same situation. It's not our fault.

I ordered a tshirt, very disappointed with product
I ordered a tshirt m. Not happy. Reached out to you to redo and send a new one. Not printed correctly...too low on tshirt and typing set not level or even. It was also men's size not women's. I wanted new one done better and was blown off with excuses. I have emailed communication to get either a reprint or a refund...and NOTHING. I worked in global customer service and was empowered to correct and handle substandard product.. For me as the customer here...I am not assisted professionally. I have ordered many shirts of special prints and nothing so poor like this one. Never again from here Included is an image of how crooked the print on bottom line is...photo is next to my name
