Be careful. I should have done research on this company. I ordered my 2027 Moon planner in August and I asked what the eta was and they said that they didn't have one yet, all the planners are still in production. And, that they would let me know soon. By the end of September they told me I should be getting my order by mid December! I asked for a refund because that is way to long to wait for a pre-order planner and had I known it was going to be December, I would not have ordered anything. They told me there would be a 15% charge for canceling and that they were sorry. I am currently fighting them for my entire refund. Be careful if you do order from them. I am totally bummed. **** That is incorrect. Your company did not clearly state Dec. until sometime in September when too many people were asking for an ETA. I myself have an email from August stating that y'all did not have an ETA at that time.

I ordered the three months package, two months in and nothing was ever sent. Their “no refunds” policy apparently absolves them of theft. Don’t buy from this company.

Order my box on July 18th its the end of August and I still havent received a box. I was told they are moving and relocating, dont be selling or advertising when you cannot fulfill the orders...So dissapointing...They refuse to redund the money.

I used to get the old Goddess Provisions box. Like five years ago. I was a customer for years because the boxes were amazing and always varied. I’d wait anxiously for my box every month. I resubbed when they came back, after being shut down quite a while. I resubbed for a year because of the quality of the last boxes. I wasn’t at all concerned. I’m really disappointed with my boxes this past year. The variety and quality has drastically declined. My last box was composed of everything I’ve already gotten once twice and three times. I won’t resub again. I’m so sad because this was the best box I ever had.
