Report slow loading times, frequent crashes, login credential bugs, and broken layouts. Requiring security validation while being signed in. Incidents happen minimum of 2 times a week. No satisfaction from customer service, only want you to sign in to get comics delivered to email. The aggravation is definitely not worth the price of the subscription. I have cancelled my subscription. Today they're posting comics that were posted no idea how they check what they're posting but it's a Fail for sure!

This is the most frustrating app on the internet. It is the only site I have ever run across where pushing a button gives you at least a 50% chance of winding up in the wrong place. Read a comic, push back button to read your next choice, and wind up back at the home page. Over and over again. Try to go to the letter of the name of the strip you want, push it and nothing happens. Any stupid thing you can imagine is apt to occur. Complain and your response is along the lines of “we are not computer professionals and have no one to address this issue”. And now they have slowed things even more by adding pop up ads, trying to get you to pay for this crap. Inexcusable. Unprofessional. They should be ashamed of their antics, seems like a site from 20 years ago.

after frequent request to "customer service" to reset my password all I got were emails about my browser. No recommendations worked. The did not supply a way to reset a password nor would they cancel my subscription. Could not find a phone number or email address for "customer service". Sure looks like scam.

Interesting that I can swipe away from a comic but getting into it is almost impossible even with cache and history cleaning. I get the need for ads for a free user however you are running out of spaces for ads which bog down the site tremendously. What will you do after that? I would never pay for a site that can’t operate with a few ads on a free basis

Repeat of complaint from April 19, 2-26. GoComics.com has not managed to correct the problem I outlined. Can read comics but cannot add comments or see comments from others or respond to those comments. I reread the comics and the newer comments during the day. Added a lot of humor and a bit of contact with like minded readers. When I wrote GoComics for help I got pablum and a page of things to turn off on my pc or change to suit their needs, not mine. Pitiful.

Contacted what they laughingly call customer support and received an email stating that they have gone on holiday and will not be answering emails until the 11th of November. That is 3 weeks with absolutely no way of contacting this company.

No response after trying to contact them for international postage.

Cash grab company with nothing but disrespect for it's customers. Rather than engage with its fandom they sue them out of existence. No one in the company cares for the artistry behind the titles they publish, it's just a soulless business board of MBA's nickel and diming short term quarterly growth even if it means tarnishing beloved titles from yester-year
