I was very wary at first but relieved after I saw Simplex as their method of purchase! I even went so far as to give an email I use for VPN purposes when asking questions xD I definitely recommend if you live in the US & exchanges are giving you a hard time! Aside from the fact that there isn't a gas fee associated with the withdrawals. My experience was very fast & friendly!
