hey, there coffee is great, there are so many to choose from , only way to know is to try some a little at a time, let me tell you there is nothing like that first pot when you just open the bag omg I go to work and have to drink that stuff from the can ugh, I'm trying to get a coffee mess going so we can get some real coffee, it costs more but when I give coworkers a taste. right away they say that this stuff is great. the flavor is just amazing, I tell them it costs a little more but worth the taste, and if we order it on Monday we will have it by Wednesday no later than Thursday and its roasted when we order it. the only thing that's not uniform is that some roasters vaccum seal there bags and some don't since air hurts the quality eventually. but that's minor and the only other thing I think of sometimes is that maybe they can get other roasters to make available the coffee that they roast for the best restaurants like EQUATOR does. none the less 5 stars across the board
