Wow! Totally blown away. There are very few companies left in this country that truly value the customer and customer service. And Elise and Scott at gocoffeego.com are one of those companies. I had a situation where my coffee was a day late. I am a brand new customer. I have just started ordering from the company and just wanted to inquire. So I hit contact the company on the website and sent my questions. Wasn't expecting a miracle or even an email back for 24 hours. Drumroll......30 minutes later not only did I get a call back, It was the co-founder of the Company, Elise, personally calling me to say "Hey...This isn't right! and if it's not there tomorrow...We're gonna just take care of processing another order for you at our cost!" Holy Moly Batman! Totally impressed...I will order my coffee from nowhere else. And just look at the roasters that GoCoffee gives you access to! Way to go Scott and Elise!!!!! 5 Stars!!!!

I had a situation where I ordered two bags of coffee- one for me and one for a friend. Unfortunately, I ordered it late and I was going out of town for the holiday. I thought I wouldn't be able to get my coffee til I got back and was bummed because by then the coffee would be older. I emailed gocoffeego and they called me very quickly to assist me. A lady named Elise was super helpful! She changed the shipping address for one of the bags of coffee to go to where I was traveling. I was amazed at how great the customer service for this company was! Elise should get a raise!! Thanks GoCoffeeGo!!!

Purchased the Farm Girl coffee. Opened it and the smell was so awesome! Was very pleased at the taste. Would recommend it highly.

The package arrived promptly. The coffee aroma was pleasant. We purchased a 32oz bag of Decaf. We mixed it with another full caf coffee and filled the vat on our Jura. The result is we can enjoy more cups with half the jitters. Very nice. Feel safe in ordering and receiving from this company.

This is a great company that ships you coffee directly from the manufacturer. Their options are detailed and the coffee is always fresh. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my coffee needs.

I saw this coffee on The Barefoot Contessa. She loves it and said we should try it. She was doing one of her shows in NYC. She visited the coffee roasting company. So.....I ordered it. Best thing I ever did was try this coffee. We absolutely love it. Thank you!!
