Very Streamlined!
I was highly impressed with this site! The whole process was very streamlined and painless. The order took less than a minute, and I had my coffee at my doorstep in no time at all!

Terrific coffees and great customer service.
I have been buying coffee from GoCoffeeGo for a couple of years now. I have my favorite roaster but there are many terrific independents to choose from. Elise provides excellent customer service. Cannot recommend them highly enough

Outstanding Products and Service
I have been a GoCoffeeGo customer for around two years now (that's how long ago I found their site). The gocoffeego.com web site is highly informative and easy to navigate and place orders. They bring coffee from all over the world together in one spot. I have recommended the site to family, friends and co-workers. Short of being at gocoffeego on the day your coffee gets roasted, or a local Barista you just can't get coffee this freshly roasted. Thank you gocoffego.com keep up the good work!

Love the Coffee
The coffee is great. The Hold That Joe user interface not so good. When I want to delay the next delivery, a simple calendar option to select the next delivery date would be good.

I'll never go back!
I don't know a lot about coffee, only if it tastes good or not.I thought good taste and consistency were best achieved with pods, discs or expensive coffee machines, but great coffee starts with freshly roasted and ground beans. Whatever brewing system you use I guarantee that you will have a superb cup. At least I did with BAREFOOT REDCAB ESPRESSO!

Great experience on the website but shipping was lacking.
The website itself is great, I browsed the plethora of available coffees from different roasters and chose the two bags I wanted. Shipment was pretty quick and I thought all was well. This is not their fault but the actual shipment of the coffee was ridiculous, I still have received it after over a week of waiting. My coffee went from San Franciso, to Zurich, Switzerland, to Warsaw, Poland, and then finally to Texas. It finally arrived at my local USPS this morning so with any luck I will get it today. I was really looking forward to some coffee over the weekend but it didn't pan out. Hopefully this is just a shipping issue with the USPS and not indicative of any underlying issue with GoCoffeeGo.
