False advertisement. I am a nurse and was very excited to try this brand. It literally says the shoes are 100% squeak free which was one of the main reasons I ordered them and from the first time I wore them the shoes were squeaking. They are not comfortable. I would not recommend or purchase from them again

You cannot cancel an unfulfilled product. I placed an order with the wrong color, so I went to the order detail to make a cancellation, but instead, it says to email GoClove for support. When I emailed Clove support, they told me that given the status of the order(unfulfilled), they couldn't make ANY change or cancel the order. Despite the fact, their website says, "Yes, we are happy to cancel your order for a full refund if the order has not yet shipped." In addition, returning them will cost me a $5 mandatory restocking fee. Original quote from Clove Support, "Unfortunately, because of this fulfillment status, I'm unable to change or cancel the order at this time. We are always happy to process returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery on shoes in new condition!" Clove website about cancellation, "Yes, we are happy to cancel your order for a full refund if the order has not yet shipped. Please email us at [their support email] for further assistance." Clove website about return, "We charge a $5 restocking fee for all returns and you will receive an email when your return is received and your refund has been processed. "
