Go CarpathianReviews of gocarpathian.com

It has been very easy to communicate with all members of the Go Carpathian Team. We enjoyed meeting with Nic, and working with Bandile and Jelena. They made the process very easy and found us excellent candidates. We will use them in the future for hiring needs.

5 STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We've had an excellent experience with Co Carpathian. It was our first time using them as we were in search of a Top Tier Senior Project Manager, and our own efforts proved unsuccessful. After three interviews, Bandile, our headhunter at Go Carpathian, found us the one we were looking for 🚀 Thanks to Bandile, and Go Carpathians thorough vetting and pre-interview process, it saved us a ton of time and headache by only presenting us with qualified candidates that checked all of the boxes we had outlined in our Job Description/Brief. We can't thank them enough for their support and, above all, for helping us source talent for a crucial part of the business. Thanks, guys, and until next time, Conal & Laura Ecom Luxx

I have had a great experience with Andrija and the team, and I highly recommend them. Super professional and kind. :)

I recently went through the interview process with Go Carpathian for an Executive Virtual Assistant role, and I had such a great experience thanks to Will Silk. He was super supportive, kept me in the loop every step of the way, and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. With his help, I ended up landing a client! Really appreciate all his effort—highly recommend working with Will and the Go Carpathian team.

While I didn't hire through them directly, Go Carpathian found one of the best co-workers I've ever had. I've been extremely impressed at his willingness to learn, his dedication to the job, and his problem-solving grit. Huge bonus: his English is perfect. Would definitely look to hire through GC if I was running my own business.

Unlike most recruiters who just send spam messages, he actually took time to understand my background. The whole process was super easy and before I knew it, I had a job offer from Risely! Filip kept me in the loop the entire time and gave me some really helpful tips before my interviews. Been working at Risely full-time now and couldn't be happier with how things turned out. If you're job hunting, definitely give these guys a shot. No fees for candidates and they actually care about finding you a good match. Five stars from me!

Djurdja reached out to me for a role that couldn’t have been more of a perfect match! Throughout the process, her communication was flawless and she always assisted me when I had questions! She really knows how to align talent to the job spec! Highly recommend working with her!
