Andrija was so efficient in the manner which set up my interview process seamlessly. Created a great foundation to build on for my profile and the job offer as well.

Really professional and nice people. They contacted me about a job for an agency in the US, a job that I got, so good work by them 🙌 Kevin was nice and helpful all the way though.

Excellent services with quick turnaround times while retaining quality and great professionalism throughout.

I had a really great experience working with this agency. The whole process felt smooth, professional and surprisingly quick from start to finish. A special shout out to Andrija Šćepanović, who I worked with directly. He was responsive, easy to talk to and made everything feel effortless. But beyond him, it's clear the agency as a whole runs things well and genuinely cares about matching people properly. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a straightforward, no-hassle experience. Thanks again for everything!

My experience was amazing, the communication is excellent, and Bandile was with me all the way until i got hired

Andrija was professional, reliable, and supportive throughout the entire hiring process. He guided me every step of the way and made the transition to a full-time contractor role smooth and stress-free. Danilo and Nathan were also incredibly helpful in getting everything set up and moving in the right direction. Thank you all for your support!

Wonderful recruiting agency with great people. Always on top with fresh updates, checking up on the progress and being prompt with responses and also remaining professional. I have just landed a new role through GoCarpathian for one of their clients and can only speak of well !

GoCarpathian has been a great resource to us! We started off with some recruiters who were missing the mark but leadership swiftly stepped in and we were re-assigned a superstar recruiter, Juan A, who did a fabulous job representing our organization. The GoCarpathian team was very patient with us, and presented us with some really great candidates. They are all high communicative and helpful. We have just hired for our first role and look forward to other opportunities down the road as our business grows.
