The app is super user-friendly and is easy to make and track referrals AND track the rewards. It also keeps you engaged and updated on the hiring process! It also helps makes AI recommendations for who to refer which are actually pretty useful.

By far the best experience making a referral. I used to refer often in my previous role and it was seemed pretty difficult with too many steps and I never know what happened to them unless I contacted the candidate. Here that didn't happen at all. Not only can you share a URL directly but can also check and get notified as your referrals progress! Everything was so easy.

It's incredibly easy to use and actually fun! You can see the progress your referrals are making and see how much you can earn. The smart referral recommendations and streamlined process makes it effortless to refer.
