Gobiotix has the worst customer service I've experienced. They sent my mom expired products, and when I contacted them, they replied: "Our team is currently producing a new batch, and once it becomes available we’ll be happy to send replacements for your order." I purchased a total of 12 bottles. They only refunded my most recent order, and despite promising replacement bottles, they never sent them. I spoke with someone named Becca throughout the process. In the end, I had to throw away all of the expired bottles. It's especially disappointing because I had recommended Gobiotix to my family and friends. Very poor customer service and I won't be purchasing from them again.

I cannot cancel my autoship. I have tried going online and it won't let me reset my password. I emailed a month ago with no response. So I have a lot of product under my sink :(

I want to cancel my subscription and have sent multiple emails to the support email. After the first one, I have not had any responses back.

This company Does Not Respond to your inquiries! I’ve contacted them Twice in reference to canceling my subscription! They Don’t respond and just keep sending the product! They Never respond to you!
