I always had trouble in the morning, waking up without 8 cups of coffee. Focus/mushroom complex helps me stay focused throughout the day, no jitters and I cut out so much caffeine!!!! Highly recommended this!!!!

I have been using GoBiotix Prebiotic Fiber Boost for a number of years,on and off. When things arent moving right or I just dont feel up to par I start taking it for a week or 2 and things get back on track.One of the few supplements I reorder because it works well.

I finally found something that really works. I have been struggling with being in a fog and so very tired. I take 1 in the morning with breakfast, 1 in the afternoon at lunch and then my last one I take around 3 because that is the time that I am extremely tired. It helps me and I have so much energy. This product is amazing and I am so happy that I found it.
