Erica Sorry for the trouble, I can understand that it is frustrating if our promotions are not working correctly. Let’s get this sorted out. Please double-check to ensure this is not being utilized on our subscription plans (this happens a lot). You are free to purchase any bundle options but unfortunately, we cannot discount an ongoing subscription plan. Second, promotion offers cannot be combined.
