I have just received an index card containing the autograph of us actor Patrick Wilson. I paid for it on the 3rd Dec 2020. It was despatched the day after. It was sent economy and arrived in perfect condition today 31 Dec 2020. Well pleased. I was able to speak to customer service at all times, then always responded to emails. Delivery can take two weeks. Mine has the added problems of postal delays due to Christmas and Coronavirus. Would happily use them again. I also received a certificate of authenticity that corresponds only to my item.

I purchased a signed photograph and it shipped very quickly. The letter of authenticity that I received with the photograph was incorrect, but the mistake was quickly fixed and a new letter of authenticity was sent immediately. I'm very happy with my purchase and customer service was great!
