Definitely not the GOAT
Bought the welcome pack and an additional pack. Played through it all, made a redemption. Redemption was rejected, no reason given, and they returned my balance to my account. EXCEPT, they chose to take about 40 from my balance, which put me under redemption limit. No reason was given for this either. None of this was communicated to me proactively, I needed to find out what happened on my own. Beware here, they will take your money and not give you a reason for it if they don’t like how you won.

We’re sorry the customer felt there was not enough communication regarding the redemption review. The request was not rejected because of how the customer won. Our account review found that approximately 40 bonus SC from promotional packages had been converted to redeemable status without meeting the applicable gameplay requirements. For this reason, the ineligible bonus SC was voided and the remaining eligible balance was returned to the account. The customer’s original purchased SC was not removed. We understand that falling below the redemption minimum can be frustrating, and we welcome the customer to contact [email protected] for further clarification.
